A traditional Hawaiian Sea Salt used to season and preserve. Its pink hue is from the volcanic baked red clay that enriches the salt with iron oxide. The clay adds a subtle flavor that makes Hawaiian Red Sea Salt a little milder than regular sea salt. It is the traditional and authentic seasoning for native Hawaiian dishes but also great on prime rib and pork loin.
