Originating from a recipe developed for Arizona Restaurant in New York, this blend was raved about in the New York Times. Legend has it that Chili Seasoning was stumbled upon by a cook attempting to duplicate curry from American spices. Starting with a base of Ancho chilies, we add a bold blend of spices, including red bell peppers, black pepper and chili peppers, combined with onions, paprika, and tomato.
