Dried and ground New Mexican chili powder has a subtle, spicy heat. This chili powder is made from the whole, dried New Mexico chili pepper, including the seeds and pod. It can be used across the board, from BBQ blends, to jerks, and all-purpose seasonings, but is especially good in Tex-Mex and Mexican recpies.
