Chervil

A green leafy herb, chervil is used in French and European cuisine and the spice blends of bouquet garni and fines herbs. It is native to southwest Russia and South Asia, but is widely cultivated in Europe. Chervil is faintly reminiscent of parsley and mild tarragon. Use in poultry, seafood, vegetables, vinegar, and soups.
